pkrber's services are intended exclusively for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. pkrber does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the account registration and KYC process.

If pkrber becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 — whether through a false age declaration during registration or any other means — the account will be closed immediately, all bets will be voided, and the Personal Data collected will be deleted from pkrber's active systems (subject to any minimum retention period required for regulatory reporting of the incident).

pkrber will only send marketing communications — including promotional offers, bonus announcements, PSL betting market updates, new game alerts, and other pkrber news — to players who have explicitly opted in to receive such communications during registration or through their account settings.

Marketing communications from pkrber will always be in English and relevant to the Pakistani player experience. pkrber will not send marketing communications on behalf of third parties.
