pkrber Terms & Conditions: Your Complete Guide to Platform Rules and Player Obligations

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• In-play betting markets are governed by the state of play at the moment the bet is accepted by pkrber's system. Network latency, connection interruptions, or delays on the Player's device do not entitle the Player to cancel or amend an accepted in-play bet.

• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, and any form of betting on pre-arranged outcomes are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrber platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to applicable authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pkrber platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game through collusion, match-fixing, or any other fraudulent means.
• Using proceeds of criminal activity to fund a pkrber account — the platform maintains anti-money-laundering (AML) protocols in accordance with its international licensing obligations.
• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Permitting any person under the age of 21 to access your pkrber account or to place bets using your credentials.
• Engaging in any form of cyber-attack, SQL injection, reverse engineering, or other technical interference with the pkrber platform's code, servers, or data.
• Using VPNs or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions applied by pkrber.

All intellectual property rights in the pkrber platform — including but not limited to the pkrber brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, content, text, graphics, and database structure — are owned by or licensed to pkrber. No Player is granted any ownership right, licence, or other intellectual property interest in pkrber's materials by virtue of holding an account or using the platform.

Players may not reproduce, copy, distribute, display, transmit, sell, or create derivative works based on any pkrber-owned or pkrber-licensed intellectual property without the prior written consent of pkrber. Scraping of odds data, game results, or any other pkrber content using automated means is explicitly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrber's liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows:

• Verification that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a verified self-exclusion or cooling-off request from the account holder.
